Year end material pick up and return

As the end of the school year rapidly approaches, we have created a plan for returning materials to our schools and students. All elementary families should plan to pick up materials on these dates even if they came in to clean out lockers/desks earlier this spring as there may be additional items from the classroom and school that will need to be distributed or returned. Secondary families and students should only attend if they have materials to return or pick up.

Families may come to the schools on the following dates and times:

  • May 27 from 9 am - 3 pm
  • May 28 from 12-7 pm
  • Only seniors and their families may drop off/pick up items on May 26 from 9 am - 3 pm.

Students and families should return any school owned items including:

  • Chromebooks with charging cords
  • Library books
  • Textbooks
  • Athletic gear
  • School owned band instruments
  • Lab equipment
  • Fine art materials (including sheet music, art supplies, etc.)
  • Any other school owned items your student(s) may have

To pick up/drop off items at each school, families should follow these steps:

  • Pull through the drop-off lane and stop at one of the marked spots. For the safety of all staff and families please remain in your vehicle during this process.
  • You will be greeted by a staff member who will ask for the name(s) of your student(s) and collect any materials needed to be returned to the school.
  • Your student’s materials that were left at school during distance learning will be brought to your vehicle and placed in the trunk or rear of your vehicle.

Our yearbook publishing company has informed us they have limited production resources due to COVID-19. We are hopeful that we will be able to distribute yearbooks during these dates; however, we will communicate a new yearbook distribution plan if we are unable to before the end of the school year.

We thank you for your patience as we work to ensure that all materials are returned quickly and safely.
