Rivers of Hope (Monticello) 
Rivers of Hope offers general and legal advocacy, education, support groups, information and referrals, in addition to a youth program and a criminal justice intervention program. Rivers of Hope has a youth advocate available to meet weekly with students during their school day in the Big Lake School District.

Anna Marie’s (Saint Cloud)
Anna Marie's provides women who are experiencing domestic abuse and their children, with a safe place to stay and the resources that they need. Through systemic change, the organization aim to create a community where violence is not tolerated and where every home is a safe one.

Sherburne Family and Caregiver External Support Program (FACES) 
FACES works with inmates at the Sherburne County Jail to keep them connected with their chidren through non-contact alternatives. FACES provides for and aims to improve the outcomes for children and families when a parent has been incarcerated, is incarcerated, or has had interactions with law enforcement putting them at risk of incarceration.

Crisis Nursery for Sherburne County 
The Sherburne County Crisis Nursery uses licensed providers to provide short-term, emergency-based chidcare children who are 12 years old and younger. 

Parent Support Outreach Project 
Sherburne County PSOP offers voluntary, supportive, strengths-based, and family-driven services to families. PSOP provides early intervention, outreach and supportive services to families with at least one child under age 10 who may be at-risk. Risk factors may include families who are/have experienced substance abuse, domestic violence, behavioral health concerns for parents and children, past history of abuse or neglect, and/or homelessness. 

Children's Dental Services
Children's Dental Services is a non profit that provides mobile dental services to people of all ages at it's numerous pop-up locations across Minnesota. Services are available to people of all of all ages regardless of family income, accepts all types of insurance, and offers discounts for families who are ineligible for medical assistance.

Odam Medical Group
The Odam Medical Group is a mobile clinic that is available to Sherburne County residents, offering a wide range of medical services such as medication management, well child assessments, vaccinations and immunizations,  routine screenings, adult preventative care, and more. They will go to the client, and will see everyone regardless of insurance status. To schedule an appointment, call 320-204-4024.

Sherburne County Substance Use Prevention Coalition (SUP)
The Sherburne County SUP aims to make the community safer, healthier and drug-free by focusing on preventing the use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs among our youth. They offer numerous resources for parents and teens in Sherburne County.
