Attendance

Attendance is Important!

We believe that attendance is key to student success. Not only does it directly correlate to academic performance, but regular attendance can also foster social well-being and character growth, and can help build important life skills and habits like dependability and accountability.

While it is important that students attend school every day, we know that sometimes absences are unavoidable. If your child is sick, please keep them home to help prevent the spread of illness. If your students will be late, gone for the day, or have to leave school early, please be sure to inform their school.

Report an Absence

Please either send an email or call the 24-hour attendance line to report any absences. In your message, be sure to provide:

  • Student's name
  • Student's grade
  • Student's teacher
  • Date of absence
  • Reason for absence
  • Your name and relationship to the student
