Big Lake Education Minnesota (BLEM)

2025-2027 Negotiations

- There was a mediation session on April 20th between the District and BLEM in which we came to a Tentative Agreement.
- On April 30th BLEM members had a vote to which they ratified the agreement.
- The School Board approved the 2025-27 BLEM contract at its May 6th meeting.

Paraeducators, Secretarial Staff, and Custodians

Negotiations with SEIU Local 284 are expected to begin the summer of 2026.
